We picked up and tore down our Kinect on launch day -- November 4, 2010.
The day from when Kinect was announced before the release, I wanted to know what are all the hardware parts used by Microsoft as the technology used is really very amaizing. iFixit made it possible. iFixit completely tearsdown Kinect into seperate parts and so here comes the technical description of Kinect.
